Sales Manager
Lead outbound and pipeline development for MUST's global engineering services from the Lahore delivery hub.
What you'll do
- Build and own a qualified pipeline of global enterprise prospects
- Run outbound campaigns, discovery calls, and qualification handoffs
- Partner with marketing and delivery leads on solution narratives
- Track and report KPIs across pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Coach SDRs and support hiring as the team scales
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling IT services or engineering teams
- Track record of consistently hitting quota in mid-market or enterprise
- Strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Salesforce) and sales ops discipline
- Excellent English communication and executive presence
Nice to have
- Experience selling into US / EU / GCC markets
- Background in services, AI, or platform engineering
- Past sales leadership
